How it performed
This is the collar that ended the experiment. I fitted it on Juno on a Tuesday; by Friday night the hind-leg thumping that had been waking the house was simply gone, and it did not come back.
What impressed me was how little it asked of me. There is no reapplication calendar, no two-day gap where the dogs cannot be petted, and no arguing with a spaniel over a chewable. You trim the band once, clip it on, and the eight-month window runs quietly in the background.
It also survived the part where most products fail: water. Two river swims a week and a monthly bath did not visibly change how it performed. Across the rest of the season I found zero attached ticks on either dog, which is not something I could say about any other collar here.
The one real catch is distribution. It is sold through the official offer page rather than retail marketplaces, so you cannot price-shop it, and the discount comes and goes with their promotions.
What we liked
- The night-time scratching stopped in our test dogs within the first week
- You clip it on once and stop thinking about flea season for eight months
- No greasy patch between the shoulder blades, so kids can still hug the dog
- Fleas die on contact instead of biting first, so the carpet never gets seeded
What held it back
- Only sold on the official offer page — you cannot grab it on Amazon or in store
- One size band you trim yourself, so you need scissors on the first fitting
Best for: Owners who want season-long, mess-free protection and are done with monthly pills · In stock on the official offer page
